I dedicate my full attention to each trip I design, for this reason, I limit the number of clients I work with each month. My services go beyond simple bookings, focusing on providing expert guidance. How I plan your vacation in 5 Simple Steps

Initial Video Consultation

What happens on the call?
We dive into your holiday dreams and requirements while I outline the expected cost(s) to turn that dream into reality. I also walk you through my Signature Concierge Care and Planning fee, detailing the complete support you receive with this initial investment.

Who needs to be on the call?
Time is invaluable for all of us. This video call will last about 45 minutes. To make the most of our time together, I require that ALL decision makers be present. When you click the schedule button below, please make sure everyone is available before you book.

Limited bookings and timely responses.
To provide the highest quality of service while also maintaining a healthy work–life balance, I only schedule a few vacations at any given time, and my openings do fill quickly. Since our time is valuable, I prefer to send one final and best proposal to you based on our call for two reasons:

Too many choices lead to analysis paralysis. When I send my best suggestion for your vacation based on our discussion, the need for multiple options is eliminated.

Prices, availability, and options can and will change until a deposit has been paid. Not all suppliers offer complimentary holds, so what I send may not be available once you’ve made your decision. From years of experience, I’ve found that if a decision is made quickly, things usually remain fairly the same. Therefore, if you cannot make a deposit within 3 business days after receiving your proposal, I ask that you hold off on scheduling your video call until you are ready.

You will receive an invoice for my Custom Planning and Concierge fee we discussed. Your payment signals me to begin the deep research and creativity required for your dream vacation.

First and Best Proposal

I will present a fully personalized travel proposal with carefully selected resorts, cruises, and local tours designed for your family. This will provide my best options for you based on our consultation.

Step 4

Personalized Concierge Support

Once you approve your proposal and make a deposit, I manage every detail of your travel logistics and research, taking the stress away so you can focus on getting excited for your adventure ahead.
